New Development - Titanium Scan Mirrors

HHV has developed titanium scan mirrors through its thin films and optics R and D unit. To improve the mechanical strength and stiffness of the mirror, the mirror glass has been hermetically sealed with a titanium metal base without air bubbles. This specific manufacturing strategy suits the mirror for high speed scanning applications.
